What is SCOPE X? SCOPE X: Data Strategies & AI Innovation in Clinical Research is a new addition to the trusted SCOPE portfolio. Taking place May 18–19, 2026 at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport, it is a two-day, in-person event focused on how advanced data strategies and artificial intelligence are transforming clinical research. The conference features expert-led sessions, interactive panels, case studies, and collaborative problem-solving discussions.
What is the format of the conference? SCOPE X is an in-person, deep-dive event for clinical research leaders designed for engagement. How do I register for SCOPE X? There are 3 easy ways to register:

Are there discounts available? Yes. Group discounts are available for teams of two or more. Academic and government discounts are also offered. Please contact reg@healthtech.com for details.
Is media registration complimentary? Qualified media representatives may be eligible for a complimentary press pass. Please visit our press page for eligibility details and to apply.
What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations must be received no later than two weeks prior to the event start date to receive a refund minus a $100 processing fee (or minus the cost of On-Demand access, if ordered). Cancellations received after this date will receive a credit toward a future CHI event.
Why have I not received my registration confirmation? Please check your spam or junk folders. If you still have not received confirmation, email reg@healthtech.com to request a copy.
Can I attend virtually? SCOPE X is primarily an in-person event to maximize interaction and collaboration. However, there will be virtual option, as well as an On-Demand option post event. Select sessions and presentations will be made available On-Demand for registered participants.
