AI is moving beyond isolated pilots into the fabric of how trials actually run. The 2nd annual AI across the Clinical Trial Lifecycle program examines how organizations are applying AI and agentic systems from design and study startup through conduct, recruitment, reporting, and submission. Rather than showcasing point solutions, sessions focus on real-world implementation: how teams are redesigning workflows, reducing manual load, and shifting from task-level automation to true end-to-end process transformation. Attendees will hear practical lessons from organizations already deploying AI and agents in production, including what changed operationally, what broke, and what it took to scale.
Coverage will include, but is not limited to:
- Redesigning trial workflows around AI and agentic systems
- AI-enabled trial design, startup, and site activation
- Automating and accelerating patient recruitment and enrollment
- AI in trial conduct, monitoring, and data collection
- AI-assisted reporting, documentation, and regulatory submissions
The deadline for priority consideration is October 26, 2026.
All proposals are subject to review by session chairpersons and/or the Scientific Advisory Committee to ensure the overall quality of the conference program.
